About Pastry Plaisirs Our philisophy

Pastry Plaisirs, a « small » adress, close to the National Theater and to the Modern Art Museum at Nice. There is the Marshall public car park with the first hour free at 2 minutes by walk.
We change the menu every months and we work with seasonal and fresh foods.
For the lunch, from monday to friday, we offer the dish of the day for 12€ and the set menu for 17€ included the dish of the day, a glass of wine or coffee and a dessert of your choice.
The menu changing every months proposes 3 starters, 4 main courses and 1 dessert of the month and some desserts from the cake fridge, homemade ice cream or cheese plate.
Also, we have created a wine list with a selection of smalls productors and biologics wines.
To start your meal, we propose you some nice aperitifs like pinot des Charentes, pink grapefruit syrup with white wine (Rosé Pamplemousse) and champagne Grand Cru “Bernard Bremont or Legras”, the seasonal cocktail.
At the end of your meal, you can tast some very good spirits like VSOP Cognac, almond liquor (small productor),a Guatemala Rhum Ron Zacapa 23 years old, coffee liquor Tequila patron, limoncello, Get 27.

Our head chef

Louis Dubois, born at Poitiers, decided to open his restaurant, tea room and pastry shop with his girl friend Aurore Parrant.
Starting in the pastry with Michel Roth at the Ritz, Paris during two years then Fauchon, Paris, after he worked for Mrs Gagnaire at Sketch, London as second pastry chef and after 6 months, he became the Head pastry chef.
This restaurant is open since August, where Louis Dubois and Aurore Parrant mix the traditional “cuisine” like rib beef with home made puff pastry potatoes and salad or dihes revisited like Canneloni stuffed with gorgonzola cheese and swiss chard.
